Eligibility for Returns Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
-Items must be free of odors (perfume, smoke, pet hair) and makeup, deodorant marks or stains.

Returns & Exchanges Approved returns will receive store credit only.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
